This model machine is standard model machine.

This machine is designed for packing the plastic cups with Min. Ø 65mm, Max. Ø95mm. Packing the plastic cups bigger than Ø95mm is not possible with this machine. Also aluminum folio lids used in this machine should be precut lids. CEM-2 machine has not the feature of cutting from the bobbin sealing the lids. For these features CEM-3 machine is appropriate.

OPERATION SYSTEM
Plastic cups drop automatically. *Filling and lid giving stations are running under photocell control if there is a cup and lid.* Photocell control enables the machine to operate without any loss. Aliminium lids are sealed by heat. It dates by ink. Filled and Sealed cups are taken up to the outlet conveyor so that the employer can take them.
